To the esteemed faculty and administrative staff of our college, and to our dear students, it gives me great pleasure to extend to you all my sincerest congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the New Year 2026.
As we welcome a new year, we reaffirm our commitment to continuing our rigorous academic work, enhancing the quality of education and scientific research, and strengthening the values of commitment and institutional responsibility, all of which contribute to elevating the standing of our college and university and serving our community.
