The Computer Science Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a training course entitled “Computer Programs in Management.”
The course was presented by Asst. Lect. Maher Qasim, Asst. Lect. Hala Khadir Abbas, and Asst. Lect. Maha Mohammed Hassan.
This course aims to introduce students to computer programs, one of the fundamental pillars of modern management. They significantly contribute to facilitating, accelerating, and ensuring accuracy in administrative processes. They help organize information, store data, and analyze it for sound decision-making.
The training course included several topics on the basics of computer use, such as human resources (HR) management, which is used to organize employee affairs, manage salaries, and evaluate performance. Financial and accounting management programs help prepare budgets and monitor accounts.
The researchers recommended paying attention to such topics because computer programs are an essential element for achieving efficiency and transparency in management, which contributes to raising the level of institutional performance and developing the work environment.
