The Dean’s Meeting with the Faculty of the Physics Department

The Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Hamida Eidan Salman, met with the faculty of the Physics Department, in the presence of the Head of the Physics Department, Prof. Dr. Adel Jalil Najm, to discuss a number of academic and administrative issues related to the department. During the meeting, the following matters were discussed:
1. Discussing the department’s needs for teaching staff, laboratories, and scientific equipment.
2. Visiting the Examination Committee and emphasizing the continuity of final exams and the mechanisms for organizing them and ensuring their smooth running.
3. Proposals were presented to develop scientific research and encourage joint research between faculty and graduate students.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of cooperation among department members, working as a team, and providing the best scientific services to students in line with the college’s goals and academic aspirations. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean expressed her sincere thanks to the attendees for their positive spirit and high professionalism, affirming her continued support for all initiatives that serve the department, the college, and the university.
