Reception by the Minister of Education for the Dean of the IHE Delf Dutch Institute for Water Sciences
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, received the Dean of the IHE Delft Institute in the Netherlands, which specializes in water sciences, Prof. Adi Morris and his delegation discussed the development of scientific and research cooperation. During the meeting, the Minister of Education expressed the aspiration of Iraqi academic institutions to develop cooperation in water sciences and training fields to meet the challenges and promote joint scientific research. The Minister of Education pointed to the importance of crystallizing training programs and study opportunities for Iraqi students and researchers in relevant disciplines through specialized programs, pointing at the same time to the possibility of attracting international students in Iraqi universities within the program Study in Iraq. For his part, the Dean of the Institute (IHE Delf) expressed their full readiness to cooperate with educational and academic institutions in Iraq and conclude contexts of understanding that regulate the joint training, study and research fields.
