The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, chaired a meeting of the Civil Higher Education Council and discussed the path of specialized educational services. He stressed at the beginning of the meeting to keep pace with the variables of knowledge in the academic environment and reflect the qualitative response to the requirements of the adopted educational policy, calling at the same time to exert maximum efforts to achieve the mission and objectives of institutions of higher education, both government and private. The Minister of Education urged universities and private colleges to twin the scientific and work by the requirements of the National Strategy for Education and Education, which aims to improve the outputs of the educational process and meet the requirements of the labor market in line with the current and future needs of society and the national economy. The Council discussed the paragraphs on the agenda relating to the secondment of teaching staff, the assignment of university departments, the track of the evaluation examination and the scientific research index.
