The Department of Physics at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a seminar on (the month of Ramadan and its impact on building a positive self and modifying behavior), delivered by the lecturer (Inst. Dr. Hussein Musa Al-Jubouri).
The panel discussion aimed to mention the importance of the month of Ramadan and its impact on building a positive self and modifying behavior, and exploring how to develop positive values such as patience, dedication, and tolerance during the month of Ramadan. The panel discussion also included highlighting the benefits of fasting and worship in enhancing self-awareness and controlling behavior.
The researcher called for attention to such topics in order to discuss how piety and faith in God can contribute to motivating individuals to change their behavior for the better. Reviewing effective methods for motivating oneself and achieving personal and spiritual goals during the Holy Month, and sharing personal experiences and positive stories that highlight the impact of the month of Ramadan in transforming individuals and enhancing their positive qualities.
