The Department of biology at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a training course (Determining blood types and the Rh factor), delivered by (Asst. Prof. Dr. Heba Alwan Abdel Salam), (Asst. Dr. Ali Hussein Al-Akaishi), and (Asst. Lect Good news on Saqb. The training course aimed to shed light on blood types, the Rh factor, and how to conduct laboratory tests to identify blood types. We are committed to conducting and applying these laboratory tests. The training course also included possible cases of blood transfusion and its impact on adults for a group of students from the Department of Life Sciences and for the second, third and fourth levels of study, in addition to training the students. Those interested have called for attention to such topics in order to learn about blood types before performing surgeries and before blood transfusions between people, as well as the importance of conducting these tests before marriage and their role in causing harm to fetuses.
