Professor Dr. Muhammad Hamid Al-Baghdadi, a lecturer in the Department of Physics, published a research entitled (The Properties of Nanostructure Silicon Production from P-Type Bulk Silicon). Which was published in the journal (JOURNAL OF OPTOELECTRONICS LASER). This research aims to study the nanoscale properties of spongy silicon prepared using the electrochemical scraping method and with different phases. The properties studied include the reflection coefficient and electrical permeability. The most prominent conclusions were the excellent results of the research towards their application in electrical cells.
