The Department of Mathematics at the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Karbala held a department council meeting for the academic year 2022-2023. The meeting was attended by the professors of the Mathematics Department, and the preparations for the final exams and the related endeavors of the students, questions, and matters related to the work of the examination committee were discussed. The instructions issued by the university and the deanship were continuously viewed and acted upon. Some important points related to the course of the academic process were raised, as well as the tasks assigned to the department committees. The head of the department concluded the meeting by directing the faculty members to exert efforts in a way that contributes to the progress and service of academic and administrative matters in the department.
