The Department of Chemistry at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a scientific trip for the students of the third stage to the Uruk Laboratory for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies for the Holy Shrine of Al-Hussainiya. Where the trip included taking a comprehensive tour of the laboratory in all its departments, watching the modern laboratory equipment in it, production lines, manufacturing stages, and all tests for the product (drug) necessary in this process. This trip contributed to enriching the students with information about the science of the pharmaceutical industry and its direct relationship to the branches of chemistry, applying theories, laws, and methods of work on the ground, and benefiting from them in the practical aspect. After that, they went to the city of Imam Hassan for visitors. The trip was accompanied by a group of professors from the Chemistry Department.
