Fourth-year Students Conduct a Melting Solution Experiment in the Diagnostic Chemistry Lab…
As part of the practical component of the Diagnostic Chemistry course in the Chemistry Department, fourth-year students (evening program) conducted a melting solution experiment in the chemistry lab, under the supervision of Mr. Hussein Ali Ahmed and Ms. Hanan Qais Saadoun.
The experiment aimed to train students in using the melting solution to identify the constituent elements of organic compounds. This test plays a crucial role in pharmaceutical manufacturing and in identifying the organic compounds in pharmaceutical materials.
This activity reflects the department’s commitment to enhancing students’ practical skills and developing their abilities in using laboratory techniques, which contributes to preparing them for the job market and scientific research.
These activities are part of the department’s plan to bridge the gap between theory and practice, providing students with real-world experience that qualifies them to work in specialized laboratories and strengthens their scientific and technical capabilities to meet the demands of the job market.
