Participation of the Head of the Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Unit in a Training Course…
The Head of the Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Asst. Dr. Ali Hussein Kazim, participated in a training course entitled “Marketing Job Performance: From Individual Achievement to Institutional Branding.” The course was organized by the Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the University of Kerbala Presidency in cooperation with the Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics. The course aimed to: • Enabling participants to document and present their achievements in a professional manner. • Training them on the use of digital office tools to prepare achievement portfolios. • Providing them with effective job marketing strategies that will positively impact their professional performance within the university.
This participation comes within the framework of the College of Education for Pure Sciences’ commitment to developing the skills of its members and promoting a culture of outstanding performance, which contributes to achieving institutional excellence and raising the professional and administrative level at the university.
