Meeting of the Head of the Biology Department with the Department’s Faculty…
The Head of the Life Sciences Department (Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Hussein Mahdi) held an expanded meeting with the department’s esteemed faculty members to discuss the latest developments related to the work of the department’s committees and mechanisms for developing their performance in line with the college’s objectives and the university’s efforts to advance academic and research.
During the meeting, the Head of the Department reviewed the most important work of the scientific and administrative committees and the achievements made during the previous period. The meeting also included discussions on student scientific, cultural, and research activities, and ways to support and encourage students to participate in scientific initiatives that contribute to developing their research and innovation skills. Emphasis was placed on enhancing communication between faculty and students to create an educational environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Head of the Department expressed his thanks and appreciation to the faculty members for their efforts in serving the department and students, calling for a continued spirit of cooperation and teamwork to achieve the desired scientific and educational goals.
