The Chemistry Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a workshop entitled “The Legal Framework for the Rights and Duties of Public Employees and Their Role in Promoting Integrity.”
The workshop was presented by the following instructors: Asst. Prof. Jihan Haider Khalil Asst. Lect. Nisreen Alaa El-Din Hashem
This workshop aims to enhance public employees’ understanding of their rights and duties and promote integrity and transparency in government work. Workshop topics include the legal framework for the rights and duties of public employees, the role of employees in promoting integrity and combating corruption, and the development of employees’ legal and practical skills. The workshop aims to promote compliance with laws and regulations, exchange experiences and knowledge among employees, and enhance their role in promoting integrity within the government apparatus.
The workshop included several topics on the legal framework for public employee rights and duties and its role in promoting integrity. These topics include enhancing employees’ understanding of their rights and duties and promoting integrity and transparency. The workshop seeks to promote the values of integrity and transparency among public employees and equip them with the necessary skills to combat corruption. It also seeks to develop the legal skills of public employees and enable them to properly implement laws and regulations.
The researchers recommended the need to focus on such topics to exchange experiences and knowledge among public employees, enhance communication and cooperation among them, and strengthen the role of combating corruption within the government apparatus.
