The College of Education for Pure Sciences received a delegation from the Federal Service Council for an official visit. During the visit, the delegation reviewed the registration process for appointment applications for postgraduate degree holders from inside and outside Iraq. They also followed up on the registration procedures for the college’s top three students.
The delegation was accompanied during their visit by the Administrative Assistant to the President of the University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Jassim Eidan Barak, and Assistant Professor Dr. Mahdi Abbas Mahdi, Director of the Registration Department at the University Presidency. They were received by the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Professor Hamida Eidan Salman, and the Scientific Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ghassan Adnan Qahtan. They toured the college’s registration department and learned about the work mechanism followed and the organizational and administrative steps involved in the auditing and entry process. Applications were received and reviewed directly at the College of Education for the Pure Sciences Registration Center. More than 300 applications were registered from top students and holders of advanced degrees inside and outside Iraq. Applicants were provided with a copy of the entered data in PDF format. The Federal Civil Service Council representative praised the college’s commitment to providing an organized and integrated work environment and the strong cooperation between the administrative and technical teams in completing the tasks assigned to them with precision and efficiency.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Dean expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the delegation from the Federal Civil Service Council for their efforts in monitoring the progress of work, affirming the college’s continued support for coordination and cooperation mechanisms with relevant authorities to serve the academic and administrative processes.
