Following Up on Safety Enhancement Projects at the College
The Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hamida Aidan Salman, inspected the progress of the installation of emergency staircases in the academic departments building. The inspection, which included the Administrative Assistant, Mr. Amjad Al-Husseini, revealed that two staircases have been installed according to approved technical specifications. This is part of the college’s efforts to enhance public safety measures.
The Dean also followed up on the installation of four emergency doors, which were implemented in accordance with the instructions of the Civil Defense Directorate, ensuring safe and rapid exits in emergency situations.
During her tour, the Dean emphasized the importance of adhering to the approved standards in carrying out these projects, given their vital role in protecting students and staff. She stressed the need to complete the project on schedule and to the highest quality standards, contributing to a safe and comprehensive learning environment.
