The heads of the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division (Dr. Hussein Ali Al-Akaishi) and the Technology Incubator Unit (Mr. Zafar Jiyad) at the College of Education for Pure Sciences attended an organizational meeting held at the University of Karbala Presidency. The meeting, chaired by the Director of the Science and Technology Gardens Department (Assistant Professor Dr. Ayser Ashour Khalaf), focused on streamlining work processes and standardizing procedures for the upcoming period.
The meeting included discussions on the regulations governing the work of the divisions and units, as well as coordination and follow-up mechanisms, all aimed at improving institutional performance and enhancing integration between the department and its affiliated units within the colleges.
The tasks and responsibilities of each division and unit were also reviewed, with emphasis placed on the importance of adhering to established guidelines and instructions to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of the department’s annual plan objectives.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the department administration stressed the importance of strengthening continuous communication and periodic follow-up between the department and related units, which contributes to raising performance efficiency and achieving the best results at the university level.
