The Department of Mathematics held a workshop titled “Leadership in Paper Recycling: A Sustainable Economic Model for Transforming Waste Paper into Productive Value,” presented by Asst. Dr. Amjad Al-Husseini, as part of Entrepreneurship Week activities.
The workshop addressed the importance of paper recycling as a sustainable environmental and economic solution, its role in reducing waste and conserving natural resources, and the possibility of transforming waste paper into products with productive value that can be economically invested in.
A number of faculty members from the department attended the workshop, which featured excellent academic interaction through discussions and the exchange of ideas related to implementing recycling projects in practice, thus contributing to supporting sustainability concepts and promoting a green economy culture.
