Faculty Members from the College of Education for Pure Sciences Participate in the Third International Scientific Conference on Agricultural Sciences
The Third International Scientific Conference on Agricultural Sciences, organized by the College of Agriculture at the University of Karbala, witnessed the participation of several faculty members from the College of Education for Pure Sciences, particularly those from the Department of Life Sciences. This participation aimed to enhance academic engagement and scientific interaction with contemporary issues related to sustainable development.
The conference was held in response to the growing challenges posed by climate change and its direct impact on food security. These two issues together constitute one of the most serious threats facing humanity in the present and future, given their far-reaching environmental, economic, and health consequences.
The participation of faculty members from the College of Education for Pure Sciences underscores the college’s commitment to scientific openness, engagement with specialized conferences, and active contribution to supporting collaborative scientific research and the exchange of expertise, all of which serve the advancement of academic and scientific development in Iraq.
