Student Registration Procedure for the 2025-2026 Academic Year

Students accepted through the Central Admission Channel (General and Martyrs’ Families) for the 2025-2026 academic year will register on the Student Information page in the Student Information System (SIS) using the following procedure, which outlines the student’s role:

*First*: The Student’s Role via the HEPIQ Application:

1. The student logs into the HEPIQ application using the same login credentials used in the Central Admission System (CAS).

2. After logging in, the student’s acceptance status at the university/college or institute/department will be displayed.

3. The student selects to proceed with admission and begins the online registration process, which includes:

a. Completing the online identity verification.

b. Filling in the required personal information.

c. Uploading the following documents: – Medical examination certificate

– School certificate or transcript

– Residence card and national ID card

4. After completing all the above steps, the student’s application is sent electronically to the relevant college via the SIS system for review. 5. Students are not required to visit the college/institute in person at this stage, provided they submit the original documents after completing the online registration.

Furthermore, students who wish to register in person are permitted to do so to ensure the accuracy and smooth operation of the student registration process for the 2025-2026 academic year.
