A Faculty Member from the Department of Biology Participates in the First International Forum for Continuing Education Centers in Iraqi Universities…
Assistant Professor Dr. Ayser Ashour Khalaf, Director of the Continuing Education Center, participated in the activities of the First International Forum for Continuing Education Centers in Iraqi Universities, organized by the Northern Technical University. She represented the University of Karbala at this international forum.
This forum contributed to discussions on the themes related to developing the work of continuing education centers and enhancing their role in serving the community and developing human skills, in line with the vision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to support lifelong learning and achieve sustainable development.
The faculty member stated that the University of Karbala’s participation stems from its commitment to strengthening academic cooperation among Iraqi universities and exchanging expertise in the field of continuing education. She pointed out that continuing education is a fundamental pillar in building capacities and developing skills, and is one of the most important paths to achieving the sustainable development sought by higher education institutions in Iraq.
