The Department of Biology at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a workshop titled “Cooperative Learning and Its Role in Building Successful Teams.”

The workshop was presented by Asst. Lect. Sahar Nouri Matar.

This workshop aimed to highlight the concept of cooperative learning as a modern teaching method that focuses on student interaction and cooperation to achieve common goals.

The workshop included several discussions on the importance of this type of learning in developing communication skills, assuming responsibility, and teamwork, as well as its effective role in building successful teams within educational and professional settings.

The researcher recommended paying attention to such topics to develop strategies for implementing it in classrooms and to examine its impact on developing leadership and cooperation skills among students.
