The Chemistry Department Holds a Workshop for Fourth-year Students on the Registration Process for the HEPIQ Ministerial Program

As part of the College of Education for Pure Sciences’ efforts to enhance technical awareness among its students and keep pace with the digital transformation in higher education institutions, the Chemistry Department’s coordinator (Lecturer Abdul Muttalib Badr Munhi), in collaboration with the College’s Computer Science Department Head (Assistant Lecturer Maher Qasim), held an orientation meeting with the department’s students. The meeting included a detailed workshop on how to register and enter personal and academic information into the new HEPIQ Ministerial Program.

During the workshop, Professor Maher provided a comprehensive explanation of the correct registration steps and emphasized the importance of accurately completing all required information. This system plays an effective role in organizing academic information and facilitating communication between students and faculty. It is also one of the main platforms adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as part of its comprehensive digital transformation project for Iraqi universities.

The coordinator also answered students’ inquiries and provided practical guidance to help them understand how to use the platform and resolve common technical issues during registration.
