The Department of Biology at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a scientific seminar on Time Management and Study Organization: Your Path to Success and Excellence. The seminar was presented by Asst. Lect. Israa Ali Abu Shanah. This seminar aimed to highlight the importance of time as the most precious resource we possess. It is an irreplaceable resource, and every moment that passes cannot be returned. However, many people do not realize its true value until they waste it in distractions, distractions, or preoccupation with useless things. The seminar also included several topics on time management, focusing on filling our days with tasks and living each moment with awareness and purpose. It is therefore an art of decision-making, eliminating distractions, and committing to focus. It is also a matter of flexibility in adapting to circumstances without losing sight of our compass or goals. The researcher recommended that individuals improve their time management, improve their life management, and give themselves the opportunity for success, balance, and psychological comfort.
