The College of Education for Pure Sciences Announces the Commencement of Second-semester Exams for First-year Students for the 2024-2025 Academic Year

Exams for First-year Students in Science Departments Begin

The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Kerbala announced the commencement of second-semester exams for first-year students on Sunday, May 25, 2025, in all science departments, for both morning and evening studies. The Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Hamida Eidan Salman, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ghassan Adnan Qahtan, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Amjad Hamid Al-Hussaini, inspected the progress of the in-person exams (second course) for undergraduate students (first stage) at the college in the science departments (Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Life Sciences), which began on Sunday, May 25, 2025. The Dean was briefed on the nature of the questions and the services provided to students. She had previously met with the teaching staff and directed them to ensure that the questions were comprehensive and able to measure the students’ level of understanding. She also emphasized the provision of all necessary exam requirements, including notebooks, quality printing of questions, and amenities such as continuous electricity and water. In conclusion, the Dean commended the department heads for their efforts, wishing the dear students continued success.
