The Second Periodic Meeting of the Deans’ Committee of Colleges of Education for Pure Sciences at Iraqi Universities

The Honorable Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Hamida Eidan Salman (Vice-Chair of the Council of Deans), participated in the second periodic meeting of the Deans’ Committee of Colleges of Education for Pure Sciences at Iraqi Universities, which was held in person at Anbar University, chaired by Prof. Ali Hussein Shu’a Al-Ta’i.
The meeting discussed improving the status of colleges and their importance to society, and exerting maximum efforts to ensure that academic departments meet international accreditation standards. A number of new postgraduate studies for academic departments were also discussed, as well as the reports of the heads of academic departments on the implementation of the Bologna System. Agreement was reached on the educational courses that will be taught according to the system and serve to ensure that departments obtain programmatic accreditation. At the end of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nida, President of Anbar University, honored the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences with a letter of thanks and appreciation in appreciation of her role in supporting the educational process in our beloved country.
