The text of the decision stated: In an effort by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to address the cases of students in the final stages whose circumstances did not allow them to pass the academic year 2023/2024, His Excellency the Minister obtained the approval of calculating the academic year 2023/2024 as a year of non-failure for students whose registrations will be upgraded for the aforementioned year and stages.
