The Teaching (Asst. Dr. Safa Mohammad Reza Hussain) from the Department of Physics at the Faculty of Education for Pure Science patented from the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control to enable him to manufacture a new compound of carbon nanotubes and titanium oxide used in the manufacture of thin screens (strengthening the screens of phones and computers). The patent included the manufacture of a new compound of carbon nanotubes and titanium oxide used in the manufacture of thin screens (the reinforcement of phone screens and computers). The use of two white titanium dioxide (TiO2) rutile bonds with carbon nanotubes on ceramic material has been shown to give stability and stability to the energy of atoms in the composite’s geometric structures.
The patent was built on the integration of carbon nanotubes with rutile (TiO2) and glass in the manufacture of thin screens (mobile phones and computers) which gives them strength and support. The carbon nanotube screen, supported by titanium oxide, has a higher hardness and support than normal screens, which are prone to breakage. The patent also aimed to manufacture a new composite of carbon nanotubes and titanium oxide used to make thin screens (reinforcing phone screens and computers). The patent also aims to build a new and unique atomic model of Rotel nanoparticles using a carbonized nanotube. The researcher obtained patents for the manufacture of a new compound of carbon nanotubes and titanium oxide used in the manufacture of thin screens (the reinforcement of phone screens and computers). The researcher is M. D. Safa Mohammad Reza Hussein a teacher at the Faculty of Education for Pure Sciences/Department of Physics. He holds a doctorate and a recognition of excellence from the Russian Federation. He was awarded a letter of thanks and appreciation by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and the Cultural Attaché.
