The Women’s Empowerment Unit at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a scientific symposium on (Balance between work and family life: How to maintain balance and cohesion in family and professional life), delivered by (Asst Dr. Hussein Musa Abd). The symposium aimed to know the balance between work and family life, which is to achieve a satisfactory balance between professional obligations and personal and family needs, with the aim of improving the quality of life and personal and family well-being, and avoiding stress and possible psychological breakdowns. The symposium also included several topics, the most important of which is the balance between work and family life to achieve compatibility and success. Those interested have called for attention to such topics in order to take into account their social circumstances, especially during the stages of passing through the periods (pregnancy and breastfeeding).
