Scientific Cooperation
Based on the principle of scientific and cognitive cooperation between academic bodies and in implementation of the agreement concluded with the University of Lorestan / Islamic Republic of Iran, an introductory scientific meeting was held between the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Karbala and the College of Basic Sciences at the University of Lorestan, Iran. The Dean of the Faculty of Basic Sciences at the University of Lorestan, Prof. Dr. Amir Ghazanfari, gave an introductory lecture about their college departments, the specializations of their professors, their academic degrees, and their laboratories, in preparation for joint work in teaching and supervising graduate students and joint research between the two universities, as well as benefiting from the scientific laboratories of both. sides. The meeting was attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ghassan Adnan Qahtan, in addition to the heads of scientific departments in our college, Professor Dr. Muhammad Nazim Bahjat, Head of the Chemistry Department, and Professor Dr. Naseer Mirza Hamza, Head of the Life Sciences Department, and Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Yahya Abd, Head of the Mathematics Department, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Adel Jalil Najm, Head of the Physics Department. The aim of this cooperation was to introduce our college professors to the professors of the College of Chemistry at Lorestan University, hoping for more of this joint scientific cooperation in service of the path of science and knowledge and in service of our college.
