Participation of the College of Education for Pure Sciences in the exhibition of scientific products at the Union of Arab Universities Conference

On the sidelines of the General Conference of Arab Universities, the College of Education for Pure Sciences / University of Karbala participated in the Scientific Products Exhibition (Conference of the Association of Arab Universities) in its 56th session at the University of Baghdad for its students and scientific departments.
Dr. Ayser Ashour Khalaf from the Department of biology, Assistant Lecturer (Zahraa Mushtaq Abdel Aimah) from the Chemistry Department, and Assistant Lecturer (Bashir Muhammad Hussein) from the Physics Department are participated.
This is the first time in the history of the capital that it has hosted such an event in which more than a hundred Arab academic figures, including university presidents and representatives of Arab scientific organizations, participate. The Association of Arab Universities is an independent Arab institution. The presence of the presidents of Arab universities to participate in the activities of the General Conference, which is hosted by the capital, Baghdad, for the first time, pushes towards greater integration between Arab educational institutions and the work of the General Conference, which will provide a positive climate for mutual support and scientific and academic cooperation between Iraqi universities and their Arab counterparts.
This participation is an important milestone in the journey of its educational, scientific and academic institutions because it reflects Baghdad’s keenness to strengthen its pioneering scientific role and its emphasis on the importance of academic cooperation between Arab countries to exchange experiences with their Arab counterparts and learn about developments in the academic field.
