The Department of biology at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a specialized workshop on (the most prominent errors in writing theses and dissertations for graduate students) delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Israa Nasser Ghulam.
The workshop aimed to give advice to try to avoid students from committing mistakes when writing theses or theses, which weakens the plan and makes it vulnerable to criticism and modification in the literature and chapters of the thesis or thesis in general.
The workshop also included addressing the most common errors and giving alternative solutions to them, and giving a number of recommendations to students, including activating the student’s investigative method for researching theses and dissertations in university libraries.
The researcher called for attention to such topics in order to develop the skills of postgraduate students for the research stage and to support our dear students. And not relying on research engines and scientific platforms only, as well as activating the cooperative and interactive role between the student and the supervisor by holding intensive discussion circles to increase the correct culture in research blogging.
