Issuing a training manual for integrating gender into early warning systems
The Women’s Empowerment Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued a training manual for integrating gender into early warning systems. The guide contained training programs for groups working in gender institutions to provide a safe environment for women and a society that adopts coexistence and renunciation of violence, as well as building the capacity of workers in the field of law. The guide dealt with the concepts of gender in public policies, the nature of early warning systems, and ways to warn target parties of manifestations of violence.
