A senior delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research participated in the International Copernicus Conference in the Republic of Poland. The participation of the delegation, which included the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Scientific Research Affairs, Dr. Haidar Abd Dhahad, and the advisor, Dr. Alaa Abd Al-Hassan Attia, included scientific dialogues and discussions regarding the main axis that focused on freedom of scientific research and freedom of criticism of scientific research.
