Ministry of Higher Education Decided that the Students whose included in the Non-Failing Year Pass to a Higher Educational Stage
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided to allow students who are included in the year of non-failure for the academic year 2021/2022 to pass to a higher stage of study and upload the subjects in which they have been registered. The decision of the Opinion Board, taken based on the provisions of Article 12 of the Opinion Board Law No. 9 of 2011, stipulated that students who were included in the calculation of the academic year 2021/2022, the year of non-failure, were allowed to cross to a higher educational stage loaded with the subjects in which their records were checked. The decision granted university councils the authority to handle the cases of the students covered by the decision by what was stated in the Student Affairs Procedures Manual and admission controls and conditions.
