The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs (Prof. Dr. Hossam Abdel Ali Muhammad), the Director of Registration (Asst. Dr. Ghassan Adnan Qahtan), and Mrs. Donia Hakim Hammoud participated in a workshop for training on the working mechanism of the standard form for students’ graduation documents that he set up Department of Registration and Student Affairs of the Presidency of the University of Karbala.
The Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. (Najm Abdul-Hussein Najm), said, “The university has prepared an integrated plan to raise the level of work in the registration divisions by adopting a set of quality standards in performance.”
Dr. Negm indicated that this workshop was organized today within the framework of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and it aims to familiarize the scientific assistant deans in the faculties with the new standardized graduation document form, which was prepared by the Registration Department at Karbala University, and according to the conditions that must be met in the graduation documents. Undergraduate and undergraduate students.
As the Director of the Registration Department, Dr. Mushtaq Karim Abdel Rahim, explained: “The workshop included a presentation of the forms of graduation documents and endorsements and the delivery of official forms prepared for this purpose to faculties to work according to them.” We wish everyone more success in the course of academic work… and from God Almighty success and payment.
