The Department of Mathematics at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized an electronic training course entitled (Linguistic Communication and its Role in the Development of Academic Work), which was given by Dr. Nibras Hashim Yas, the session was delivered electronically via Google Meet. The aim of the course was to encourage linguistic communication that adopts a logical sequence in academic work to get rid of the negative shipments that impede the work and the cause of which is most often the lack of complete and correct information between two people in the work staff or between the work team and the leadership team, and through it experience or information is transmitted From one person to another – from sender to consignee – to accomplish the work together; The information is phonological symbols by which the speaker expresses his purpose or need, and the listener responds if he understands these symbols. And decoding the coding in academic work, where sometimes the listener does not understand the meaning of the word in a scientific sense, the symbols and meanings of those words are not available in his mind, so there is an interruption in the delivery process, which leads to a weak achievement rate or linguistic violence. The lecturer recommended the adoption of writing and writing in expressing the problems and obstacles to work instead of the verbal argument because writing depends on the formal language, and the formal language has a logical sequence in presenting the idea, so the structure and composition of the formal language has rules while the verbal argument lacks the logical sequence in its structure and structures, and the choice of phrases Which does not increase the feeling of work pressure, but rather focuses on the idea of achievement, for example. We say this work needs the efforts of five employees, better than we say this work must be completed within one day.
