Discussion of a master’s thesis in the Department of Biology Sciences entitled (The effect of aqueous extract of Moringa Oliefera seeds on the level of male hormones and some physiological and histological parameters of males of the white rat treated with cadmium chloride)

Master thesis discussion

The Department of Biology Sciences at the College of Education for Pure Sciences / University of Karbala discussed a master’s thesis tagged (the effect of the aqueous extract of Moringa Oliefera seeds on the level of male hormones and some of the physiological and histological parameters of males of the white rat treated with cadmium chloride), for the student (Fadaa Abd al-Sada Athab al-Ghazali), Under the supervision of Prof. Satar Jassem Hatroush, on Tuesday 12/22/2020, and at the discussion room of the Department of Life Sciences, and the aim of the study was to test the aqueous extract of the seeds of the Moringa plant in reducing the toxic effect of cadmium on the male reproductive system, and to study some of the functional and histological variables of the testes and vesicles The result of exposure to cadmium chloride and the contribution to finding a phytotherapy treatment that reduces the effects of oxidative stress caused by the cadmium element and the reduction of chemical drugs that may have side effects and indicate what should be wary of in order to protect the human being, which is the greatest wealth.
From the conclusions of the study, the study reached the current results as follows: The possession of aqueous extract of Moringa seeds, especially a concentration of 400 mg / kg, is effective in improving fertility in male rats by increasing the level of the testicular lipid hormone, and it also led to the occurrence of damage to the tissues of the testes and parvids through the effect. On testicular androgen, causing a significant decrease in the rates of vein tubule diameters. The discussion resulted in recommendations including: Conducting a study of the therapeutic effect of Moringa seed extract on milk inclusions, conducting a study of the therapeutic effect of Moringa seed extract in animals in which sterility was developed, using cadmium with nutritional baits to induce sterility in rodents as an aspect of combating these harmful economic and health pests. The letter has been accepted by the discussion committee.
