The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, directed the councils of all Iraqi universities to exempt memorizers of the Holy Qur’an from tuition fees at the level of parallel, evening and private education based on the powers conferred under the legislation in force and in support of this category of students with qualitative distinction and confirmation of this path aimed at serving the Holy Qur’an And defending it at this time when the voices of hostility, provocation and hatred are escalating against our peoples and their ancient Islamic identity. The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research renews the commitment of the Iraqi academic institution and its sponsorship of this segment, enabling it to study at university and to face all challenges and emergencies that threaten society and its fundamentals and authentic Islamic morals.
