College of Education for Pure Sciences Organizes a Panel Discussion Entitled (Migration of Germ Cells)

Department of Biology at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a panel discussion entitled (Migration of Germ Cells) delivered by (Asst. Prof. Dr. Alaa Hussein Mahdi). The discussion section aimed at identifying germ cells and their migration, the lecturer (Alaa Hussein Al-Safi) explained that many embryologists believe that primary germ cells are gametes only, and germ cells arise in parts of the embryo and migrate to an area called the germ ridge that forms the gonads. These cells migrate through the circulatory system or by movement Amoebiasis and its locations vary according to the vertebrate embryos, as it appears in the human embryo in the endoderm of the yolk sac.
