A Lecturer from the Department of Physics Publishes a Scientific Research in an International Journal within the Scopus and Clarift Containers

Publishing a Scientific Research

A lecturer at the College of Education for Pure Sciences/Department of Physics (Asst. Dr. Safaa Muhammad Reda Hussein) published a research in an international journal (Sensors) in Switzerland, which is a journal within the Scopus and Clarift container (Q1) with an impact factor (IMPACT FACTOR= 3.576), and it was sweetened SCORE (CITESCORE = 6.4 SCOPUS), as this work was joint between a team consisting of Dr. Safa Muhammad Reza Hussein from Karbala University / College of Education for Pure Sciences and professors of Kazan National Research Technical University in the Russian Federation. The search included the title:

Addressed Combined Fiber-Optic Sensors as Key Element of Multisensor Greenhouse Gas Monitoring Systems
The research dealt with assembled fiber-optic sensors as an essential component of multi-sensor greenhouse gas monitoring systems, and studied the design and use of aggregated fiber-optic sensors (ACFOSs) and multi-sensory control systems for the concentration of greenhouse gases based on them, highlighting the main direction of development of integrated fiber-optic sensors (CFOSs), which consist of a fiber optic network (FBG) and a Fabry-Perot resonator (FPR), which are respectively formed at the end of an optical fiber.

The result of the research was: The concept of using multi-sensory systems for environmental monitoring of gases at different levels was developed. The concept allows the formation of a diffuse network of control centers for institutions, regional formations and the whole country by 2030. The proposed concept is based on the current level of information technology and computational tools, which enables the improvement of systems for monitoring and managing the environmental situation, especially its use in artificial intelligence technology and in networks of multiple transmitters and receivers for different waves Such as (wireless devices, Internet networks supported in optical fibers). The research also presented the establishment of a smart system for monitoring greenhouse gases, and concluded by saying that smart technologies and monitoring methods based on fiber-optic technologies should become a priority in our daily lives to increase the level of environmental safety.
