A Conference to Present the Electronic System for Managing and Archiving the Monthly Achievement Data for Universities
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research organized a conference to present the electronic system for managing and archiving monthly achievement data for universities. The conferees reviewed the aspects and benefits of the electronic system dedicated to organizing, creating and archiving central data and indexed and classified data in an electronic manner that is easy to retrieve and can be reviewed at any time and anywhere, in addition to the possibility of issuing detailed reports on all data revealing the percentages, rates and stages of completion and putting them in the service of the concerned authorities. Representatives of the Government Program Department at the Ministry of Education said that the Government Program Department presents a detailed report that includes the activities of public universities, private universities and colleges within specific axes to enhance coordination paths between the Ministry’s formations, noting that the forms of this joint work included the design and development of the system by the Information Technology Center at the University of Technology. It will be entrusted with the tasks of storing and saving all data on the achievements, activities, and administrative and academic transactions of all governmental and private universities and colleges on a monthly basis, and then submitting it to the relevant authorities.
