The Second Math Festival
Under the patronage of the Honorable President of Karbala University, Prof. Dr. (Bassem Khalil Al-Saidi) and the respected President of Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) for girls, Dr. (Zainab Al-Sultani), the esteemed College of Education for Pure Sciences / Karbala University, in cooperation with the College of Education at Al-Zahra University and the Center for Girls Imam Al-Hussein (peace be upon him) Charity for Development and Education The second mathematics festival will be held on Monday 7/3/2022 at the Conference Hall at the Presidency of Karbala University. This festival will be held under the slogan (Mathematics in every place and every time). It will also include various activities supervised by a group of teachers from the Department of Mathematics in the College of Education for Pure Sciences / University of Karbala with a group of teachers from the Mathematics Department in the College of Education at Al-Zahra University for girls. The Honorable Mrs. Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hamida Idan Salman, indicated that the aim of this festival is to deepen the applied concepts of mathematics and spread the culture of consolidating the information provided by researchers in scientific fields. The Dean indicated that the festival organizers aspire to continue celebrating mathematics and activating the festival annually to remind researchers and students that mathematics is extremely important and indispensable in scientific fields.
