Congratulations on the Anniversary of the Birth of Imam Hussein
On the occasion of the blessed birth anniversaries of the birth of the Imams of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them) in the blessed month of Sha’ban, Prof. Dr. Hamida Aidan Salman, Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, extends her warmest congratulations and blessings to the esteemed faculty and students of our college, and to the noble people of our nation and the entire Muslim Ummah, on the anniversary of the birth of Imam Hussein, his brother Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas, and Imam Ali ibn al-Hussein al-Sajjad (peace be upon them).
These auspicious occasions represent timeless lessons in patience, sacrifice, and unwavering faith. They offer a renewed opportunity to draw inspiration from the noble human values embodied by the Imams of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them) in their blessed journey, from which we draw resolve and dedication in fulfilling our academic and educational mission.
I urge our students to emulate these great figures in their morals and conduct, and to work with a spirit of love, cooperation, and service to the community, thus contributing to the building of a generation that is aware and faithful to its values and principles.
The Dean concluded her message by praying to God Almighty that these occasions would return to our beloved Iraq with security, peace, and prosperity, and that He would guide everyone to what is best for the country and its people.
