As part of the preparations for the first-semester postgraduate examinations, the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hamida Aidan Salman, held a meeting with the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and the heads of the academic departments to discuss the mechanisms for preparing and organizing the postgraduate examinations in a way that ensures smooth performance and accurate procedures.
The meeting addressed the organizational plans for the examinations, emphasizing adherence to ministerial instructions and regulations, as well as preparing the examination halls and providing the necessary supplies. The meeting also discussed the distribution of tasks among the relevant committees to ensure the smooth and transparent conduct of the examinations.
The Dean stressed the importance of ongoing cooperation and coordination between the college administration and the academic departments to minimize potential obstacles and achieve the highest levels of organization, reflecting the college’s commitment to providing a suitable examination environment for postgraduate students.
