The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ghassan Adnan Qahtan, held a meeting with the department heads, the director of the Registration Unit, and the director of the Computer Unit at the College of Education for Pure Sciences. This meeting was part of the crisis cell tasked with overseeing the student transfer process within the SIS system, and was held within the framework of efforts aimed at updating academic data and ensuring the smooth flow of registration and transfer procedures for the previous academic year.
The meeting included a review of the required technical steps, the definition of roles and responsibilities, and a review of the timeframes necessary to complete the transfer process in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs emphasized the importance of concerted efforts among all members of the crisis cell to facilitate workflow and ensure the correct entry of information into the system. This will contribute to improving the electronic services provided to students and achieving the highest levels of accuracy in academic data.
