A Ministerial Delegation Visited the Anti-Drug Festival at the College of Education for Pure Sciences.

As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s commitment to strengthening the role of universities in raising community awareness and addressing behavioral challenges, a ministerial delegation visited the College of Education for Pure Sciences to observe the activities of the Iraqi Cultural Week for Combating Drugs, organized by the college in cooperation with the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit.

The delegation was received by the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Professor Dr. Hamida Eidan Salman. The delegation toured the various activities and accompanying exhibitions and learned about the awareness efforts aimed at promoting a culture of combating drugs and instilling positive behaviors among students.

This visit reflects the Ministry’s support for university initiatives aimed at building a conscious society capable of confronting the scourge of drugs through cultural, educational, and academic activities.
