The Physics Department Holds a Workshop for Fourth-year Students on the Registration Process for the HEPIQ Program.
As part of the College of Education for Pure Sciences’ efforts to enhance technical awareness among its students and keep pace with the digital transformation in higher education institutions, the Physics Department’s rapporteur, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rasool Ramadan, held an orientation meeting with fourth-year students. The meeting included a detailed workshop on how to register and enter personal and academic information into the new ministerial program (HEPIQ).
During the workshop, the professor provided a comprehensive explanation of the correct registration steps and emphasized the importance of accurately completing all required information. This system plays an effective role in organizing academic information and facilitating communication between students and faculty. It is also one of the main platforms adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as part of its comprehensive digital transformation project for Iraqi universities.
The rapporteur also answered students’ inquiries and provided practical guidance that helped them understand how to use the platform and how to resolve common technical issues during registration.
This workshop falls within the College Deanship’s directives to activate the HEPIQ application and its commitment to preparing students to use electronic systems that contribute to raising the quality of academic and administrative performance and support the Ministry’s efforts to develop modern university education.
