This course aims to clarify the mechanisms for preparing a performance evaluation file according to the 2024-2025 academic year form, explain the approved evaluation items and criteria, and present practical models to help participants apply the course content accurately and professionally. The lecturers also discussed ways to utilize evaluation results to develop individual and institutional performance and achieve comprehensive quality standards in the university work environment.
The course included several topics related to the performance evaluation form, aiming to develop an evaluation mechanism consistent with the requirements of contemporary academic and administrative work.
The researchers recommended that this course be part of a series of training programs planned for implementation during the current year, with the aim of instilling a culture of quality and achieving the highest levels of excellence in institutional performance at the College of Education for Pure Sciences.
