Discussion of the Fifth International Conference Research Papers Electronically

The Department of Chemistry discussed the proceedings of the second day of the Eighth National/Fifth International Scientific Conference, with its electronic sessions. These sessions were chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sawsan Khadir Abbas, and co-chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Inaam Joda Radhi.
The first abstract included “An Experimental and Theoretical Study of Hexamine as a Corrosion Inhibitor for Stainless Steel in Brine Solution” by researchers Rana Jamal Naji, Nour Ali Khadir, Huda Al-Ani, and Maryam Muhammad Sahib from the Department of Chemistry, College of Science, University of Baghdad.
In addition, many topics covered in the research papers spanned various chemistry disciplines.
